Casual Conversation@piefed.social•It's Sunday, how are your pets doing?
2·7 小时前My 16 year old is fiending for food and making an enormous mess everywhere in her search for food. She’s healthy, just seems to be doing the opposite of what old cats do.
My dog is very upset that she can’t keep the cat calm.
I’ve just put lick mats out for both of them, hopefully they’ll settle in for afternoon naps afterwards lol

ADHD@lemmy.world•How to work on a single hobby for a long time with adhd and without meds?English
2·14 小时前I agree with the others to have a bunch of hobbies to pick from. For the record I have been on stims daily, but now I use a non-stim with an occasional boost from a mild stim.
- I like gaming because there is always a new game to try.
- I like sewing because I often need to repair something and occasionally I think of something that I can’t buy in a store.
- I like gardening because I like cooking, and it’s fun to have fresh ingredients that I grew myself.
- Some people like learning an instrument because there are always new songs and styles to try
Ultimately, what my ADHD brain craves is novelty, and I can only really get that from a variety in my activities.
No, that clue is about B1 and B2 which are above Cole.
Edit: If it was implying C2 it would have mentioned people “adjacent to Cole in row 2”

Gunnerkrigg Court, by Tom Siddell@lemmy.cafe•Gunnerkrigg Court - Chapter 100: Page 54English
2·1 天前I love how proud Ayilu is here
I knew someone that imported a pristine 90s Skyline from Japan to the east coast of the US. In less than a year he flooded the engine. No, not the way you are thinking! I mean he drove through a deep puddle after a hurricane and hydrolocked the engine.
You can enter all the words before hitting submit. So it took me 24 seconds to fill in each word, and hit the submit button.
My record is 18 seconds, but I’m on mobile. I think it would be faster on a physical keyboard

AI News@lemmy.world•Elon Musk’s Grok AI tells users he is fitter than LeBron James and smarter than Leonardo da VinciEnglish
3·2 天前If he was anything close to as fit as James he wouldn’t have chickened out on that cage match with Zuckerberg
I have extremely sensitive skin, but aluminum antiperspirant has been fine on it. I really get into trouble with aluminum-free brands, especially if they have baking soda in them. I have to say contact dermatitis in the armpit is a unique method of accidental self-torture.

news@lemmings.world•North Texas men indicted over bizarre scheme to sail to Haitian island, kill all the men and enslave the women and childrenEnglish
9·2 天前If the UN and countries who have sent security forces in an attempt to control Haitian gangs have failed, why did these two racist dipshit think they were going to be successful in that scheme?
