Regardless of his beliefs, he was a very talented and creative comedy writer, should have stuck to what he knows. It seems like the guy has had some sort of breakdown which has altered his perception of the world.

I’d highly recommend The Late Night Linux family of podcasts. Very Linux/FOSS centric but they do often cover wider tech news, particularly on the 2.5Admins podcast. Interesting discussion points from well informed hosts.
