It could be that only the installer has issues. If you’re dual booting have you tried launching the already installed program from your windows partition?
Otherwise I would try launching the installer from the wine command line to see if it gives you a specific error there.
You can set up a command to transcode into AV1 once a download completes. Would that help?
Probably one of the top ten misused bits of math in the world. It relies on some questionable assumptions about voting behavior, several voting systems do not apply, and even if this was 100% true, getting to 99.99% confidence accuracy in your voting system would still be possible. None of that is mentioned in any of the pop science clickbait videos about it however.

I did run a pirate radio station at my college broadcasting random lefty podcasts on a loop. I could pick it up half way across campus (from just a little raspberry pi! It covered all the dorms) But I don’t think anyone ever really noticed lol

I’ve found you can get a very close texture to american if you make one of the many cheese sauces, pour a little into a hot pan to thicken, the put your bun/slice of bread directly in it. I still hate American cheese though.
