My experience is mostly good, but with one important exception: It’s very bad for collaborating with Word users on docx files. Tracking changes, commenting, then sending the document to someone else, and get it back with more comments, etc, all in docx. It’s not just bad at this, you will literally lose hours of work.
Works great for everything else I’ve tried though.
