Edibles on the other hand get me there. The ones I buy give a good body high, and are energizing for me, but I stick to lower doses. It only lasts about 6 hours.

I’ve heard that with an edible, you can chew it up and hold it under your tongue for a while, the mucus membrane will absorb it for a faster high since that avoids the process of being digested (at least until you swallow it). You could try something like that, as that would initially avoid your stomach acid.

All of my jobs have been 9-5, lunch included. I think the key is whether you’re paid hourly or by salary. I’ve almost exclusively worked at tech startups as a salaried employee.
