4·10 hours agoHave you sought professional help? I’ve known people who underwent DBT and were able to change the behaviors they hated about themselves. It’s not easy or fast, but it can be the difference between a downward spiral to a painful end and building a self that you can be proud of.

You don’t become the country in South Asia that was never colonized by being chill when someone tries to impede on your sovereignty
Meh, the wait lists are huge, and unless you’re committed to the pure Thai method, a lot of it’s benefits are found in the now standard hybrid method. You can get pretty good bottom surgery in the US and Europe these days.

3·13 hours agoAnd it can be compared to modern antiretroviral drugs which are mass manufactured. They can absolutely be difficult to afford and to ensure compliance, but they’re relatively accessible as far as any long term medication is in most places, thanks in large part to the queer community in first world countries and NGO-governmental cooperation to deal with the third world HIV epidemic. We still have a ways to go with it, but HIV+ people who have proper treatment are able to live long and full lives and have no risk of transmission once viral loads are undetectable.






Ok, but like physically. Their structure weighs more than the musculoskeletal contraption they’re replacing and more than simple hook or clamp prosthetics and I’ve heard actually controlling them can be tiring
