Here’s what I’ll say, management taught a generation of devs to ask instead of researching, aka rtfm. If I had a quarter for the number of times I was told to ask for help sooner by a non tech manager I could have retired by now and had a farm.

I have bird feeders and they recognize me by site and song now. They sing specific tunes when they see me coming outside, telling everyone that food and water refills are coming I imagine

Edit: in case it wasn’t known Syd had mental health problems at the time. He was probably undiagnosed in his youth and just considered “a weird kid” and then took LSD as a young adult which most likely sent him over the edge.
