We are naturally social creatures and want to interact with others. The issue is people are farmed like fucking livestock now. I do try to add any and all relevant information to a given subject. But I think you are right, where people do not read the emails most of the time and nearly skim over the key points. Someone in this comment section also mentioned emailing and calling. This seems like the best way, send detailed email and then call to clarify anything they did not get.
