I have no issue with gay people, but why was it relevant to the article to call out the guys sexual orientation? Based on the article it didn’t seem to have anything to do with why he was prevented from exercising his first amendment rights. Is it just because the outlet is focused on gay, lesbian, and trans topics primarily, so they feel the need to bring orientation up anytime they cover something even if it has nothing to do with those topics?

The CEO having the direct ability to post to the company website is wild on its own. Everywhere I have ever worked nothing got on the company website unless it went through the marketing people at a minimum. If it was from someone like the CEO it probably went through the legal team as well first.

I think you are probably assuming most people are as informed about such things, even tech literate people. As someone who tends to stick his head in the sand on anything that isn’t specific tech news I care about organically it would be pretty easy to miss all of the scummy things Brave has done over the years. You are correct but people in general are pretty bad at subtly and grey area. Just look at the current state of political discourse in the US. Probably half the people that support the likes of Trump do so because they like black/white binary choice and can’t handle shades of grey in their life emotionally.

I meant someone born biologically male that identifies as a woman but because of that underlying biology has some male looking characteristics.
