6 months agoMonoloco has a very hot sauce that’s made without extract. It’s only peppers, lemon, and garlic, so it adds not much else in terms of flavor. Otherwise theres YellowBird, which is very tasty and widely avaliable. Also check out https://heatonist.com/, they have a huge variety.
Pass it through a fine-mess strainer, then us it as the chocolate part of a Torte or Cheesecake!
