Here are some of my favorites:

Caffeinated, just tea:

• Dragon tears (Chinese green tea)
• Assam
• Darjeeling
• Oolong (not familiar enough with different types to give recommendations)

Caffeinated, tea + other things:

• Rose petals + black tea
• Genmaicha (Japanese roasted rice + green tea)
• Earl Grey (esp Sadaf brand)
• Masala chai

Non caffeinated (i.e. not technically tea):

• Korean buckwheat tea (I drink this stuff all the time)
• Mint (just steep dried mint)
