I second this!
"In the two-month trial, 14 adults who were overweight or obese and regularly consumed UPFs successfully reduced their UPF intake by almost half.
Lead author Dr. Charlotte Hagerman noted the food industry’s role in making quitting difficult for UPFs. Despite a small sample size, the results were promising: participants reduced their daily calorie intake by over 600 calories, sugar consumption by 50%, saturated fat by 37%, and sodium by 28%. They also reported losing an average of 7.7 pounds."

Art of the deal!
Well it’s not new anymore. Drill baby drill
Smooth brains strikes again. No brains would be better honestly
That’s a legit strategy to beat the Market
Or Texas could have build less car dependent cities in the first place
And then they go online asking you to reduce your carbon footprint. It’s a joke
expected coming from zionists of the apartheid Israeli government
We’re are now entering the banana republic stage of late-stage capitalism
It’s kinda naive to think that they’re not employing those tactics. Every coorporation/industry uses them.
How the fuckkk???
Screw that. I love paying for car insurance, gas, oil change, tires, and random bolts maintenance. There is also the thrill of driving in traffic, and dealing with road rage. There is plenty that makes the car the ideal transportation mode loved by the masses.
That’s awesome!!
