I haven’t played it yet, but my friend that’s played the originally and generally likes the Silent Hill franchise says it’s great. It apparently lives up to the hype.
I notcied the new update as soon as it dropped. The devs really did a fantastic job, everything about the UI is cleaner and easier to use.
Cancelled? They wanted to make more?
Maybe there are better examples, but Google famously removed JPEG-XL support from Chrome despite there being a huge demand for it and other browsers preparing to support it.
LBP 3 was a major disappointment since it was made by a different dev team but… Removing it entirely? Why? Licensing issues?
With LittleBigPlanet 3 gone and 1-2 stuck in PS3, that means you can’t even play the franchise anymore. Wow. That sucks.
Yeah, it lets you prioritize chips and ignore mult cards
It “balances” your score so that chips and mult will be equal. If you have 40 chips and 10 mult, add them together and divide by two. Now you have 25 chips and 25 mult.
Plasma Deck. Not necessarily because it’s the easiest but just because it’s the only deck that completely changes how you play. I love the idea of having to maximize chips and I often use jokers I usually wouldn’t before.
It’s still wild to me people are continuing to break records in classic Tetris. You’d think they’ve reached the peak long ago, but they somehow continue to impress!
This reads like an ad. They claim to use 1000 times less data than proprietary models, except nobody knows how much data they use or how big proprietary models actually are. Also there’s a giant asterisk here they fail to mention: Molmo outperforms the competition at visual benchmarks, not actual text chat.
Personally I never reached a point where I had to use any kind of storage software. All you need is a good external storage and a little bit of organization.
If anyone is serious about data storage I would honestly choose external SSDs or an enclosure that supports SSDs. I’ve had terrible experiences with hard drives failing over the years or clicking and corrupting my data.
I mean, it will have those once the game is officially released.
Because it’s Avant-garde or something. I have no idea what’s going on at Hollywood these days.
The discourse around Joker 2 is hilarious. Apparently the plot is so abysmal to the point where (spoilers)
Apparently there’s a scene where Joker gets raped and turns back into regular Arthur. Part of the plot is that they raped the Joker out of him.
That 3% could be a rounding error, “most” implies a much bigger difference, the title should say that half gamers prefer singleplayer games.
Saw this article before and the title is very misleading. 53% is barely “most”, and the biggest takeaway from it is that gamers age 16-24 greatly prefer multiplayer games while people aged 25-34 prefer multiplayer as much as singleplayer. Those age groups are probably most of the market.
Give it a year and I bet you could buy it at around $20. !patientgamers@sh.itjust.works.
Nice to see good reviews after the bad first impression of the gameplay they showed. Maybe I will pick this up after all
FPS. I actually haven’t liked a single MOBA before I tried Deadlock, I’ve always thought they were too punishing and needed tons of knowledge while combat was weirdly slow paced until the late game. Deadlock fixes these problems for me just by being always fun to play, and you can kind of get away with just following a popular build and shooting enemies without really understanding what you’re doing.
Alternate title: Paradox discovers that players aren’t willing to buy a broken game with the promise that it will maybe get fixed within 1-2 years.
