I once found a nice drinking glass outside of a bar next to my home, one of those tough cocktail glasses. It is my favourite drinking glass now and has been for years. If anything happened to my beloved drinking glass I would be very sad, despite the fact that I could buy another one for 99 Cents.

Wenn da ein Wäldchen ist haben die vermutlich so gut wie alles, aber sauberes Wasser finden die immer gut. Die Wasserstelle sollte nicht zu tief sein, dann wird sie auch zum baden benutzt. Aber wichtig ist die jeden Tag zu kontrollieren und zu säubern. Und wenn’s ums beobachten/fotografireren/zählen geht hilft natürlich eine Futterstelle, am besten mit Eichhörnchen-Schutz. Auch hier ist Hygiene sehr wichtig. Aber dann ist es ein echter Spaß wenn man im Wohnzimmer sitzt und das Getummel auf dem Balkon beobachten kann. Ich hab mir dafür allein sogar extra eine Fotoausrüstung zugelegt und bin dann beim NABU gelandet…wegen ein paar Spatzen und Meisen auf meinem Balkon.

Edit: Wenn du ein Insektenhotel auf dem Balkon hast solltest du das mit etwas Gartenzaun absichern damit die Meisen da nicht dran kommen. Die naschen sonst im Frühjahr fast alle Bienen weg…

Kann von der Sorte abhängen, aber bei meinen Hydro Experimenten passiert das auch. Ich verwende am Ende meiner Hydro-Zucht allerdings auch immer einen speziellen Blütenbooster, da sieht man das besonders stark. Die Pflanze verbraucht alle Energie in den Blättern und steckt das in die Endblüte.

Habt ihr Tipps wie man die legal mengenreduzierend verarbeiten kann?

Spaghetti Carbonara without cured pork:

150g Spaghetti

1 egg

Fresh grated Parmeggiano or Grana Padano

Pepper

Cook noodles in very salty water, strain and put a little bit of the cooking-water back in the pot and let it boil down for a second.

Mix the egg with a handful of really, really good hard cheese, season with really, really good pepper.

Put the spaghetti back in the pot with the starchy water, let it cool down for a second (or the egg will cook immediately, which we really don’t want). Add the egg-cheese mix and stir. After a minute or two you will get a creamy and salty deliciousness wrapped around some fine al’ dente noodles. 3 ingreadients, 1 pot. 12 min work.
