This game is really just a Castlevania clone for the Master System. It is a bit easier than Castlevania, but it’s still really fun and fits the mood really well.
If you like classic Castlevania, give this game a try. I’m sure you will enjoy it.

Never heard of it, but I enjoyed the videos of the game play that I just watched. I did not expect that much similarity to the Castlevania series, this looks like it’s close enough that I’m actually a bit surprised it wasn’t sued out of existence unless it was released before Castlevania.
Suppose I should give it a try some day.
I just looked it up, first Castlevania was 1986 and Master of Darkness was 1992.
Back then, video games were not really paid much attention too and I do t think there was nearly as much legal stuff as there is now.
