      I think it’s because he wants to send the army to Chicago.

      I honestly think he’s trying to foment armed revolt against him at this point.

        I chose a very unclear way of saying that they should find a “wordplay” with chic instead of chip, but I guess this kind of half-assery is right on brand.

        Absolutely. In an armed conflict elections can be suspended.

        It wouldn’t surprise me if they think the name of the city is Chipago.
