My girlfriend has threatened to break up with me several times now unless I cut down to a pack a week. I’m not addicted but it does help me get through my day. I keep trying to tell her that but she doesn’t believe me and keeps saying that it’s actually bad. I want to prove to my girlfriend that smoking cigarettes is actually good for you so that she can stop judging me over it but I can’t find any info online to back that up. Can anyone help me find some resources that list the health benefits of cigarettes? Like how nicotine kills germs or anything like that?

Nicotine is available in non-smokable form if you are fat, stupid, and lack testosterone as well as willpower. You don’t have to smoke it

I don’t know why you’re skipping straight to insulting me. I’m just saying my time is valuable and I value my money. I’m not going to spend 50 USD on a box of nicotine patches when a pack of cigarettes is 5 at most, I’m not gonna spend 1-2 hours a day lifting weights to get the benefits a single cigarette I smoke in a minute or two would. I’ll stoop to your level and say you would have to be stupid to choose otherwise.

Because you’re either a troll or an idiot, and in either case you deserve derision. This is an insane take on cigarette smoking.

I wish you well in your pursuit of testosterone and lung cancer.

Supposed benefits of smoking a minute or two aren’t even remotely comparable to the benefits from an hour or two of exercise.
