While I understand that there are some people who will never like the Foundation series on Apple TV because it doesn’t follow the books closely at all, it is still a brilliant show.

It is beyond great sci-fi but not too hardcore like The Expanse so it can have more mass appeal. It has amazing visuals, characters and character building, acting ranges from good to great, along with interesting but not too complicated story lines. Almost every scene has purpose and characters have clear motivation and consistent actions based on those motivations and their personalities.

Again, how it doesn’t have at least as much hype as Severence or Stranger Things is beyond my understanding.
