That was the original logo of a UFO cult named the Raelians. They had the sense to replace the swastika with a 6-armed spiral, though.
They still exist (https://www.rael.org/) but their leader is now retired in Japan to avoid prison for rape, and he did a Netflix documentary where he explained that the whole UFO and cloning thing was fake but it was fun because he got money. He’s now completely bonkers and old.
