          It’s an industry way of saying someone has bought and received something.

          It could have been written as “the new east wing has arrived” or “look at the new east wing.” I chose to use the phrasing that a reporter or mobile home seller would have used.

          Is English your native language? I understand that this wording boarders on colloquialism rather than literal meaning but it isn’t a rare phrasing.
