Hanging Rock is just down the road from me. I’ve long wanted to do some piece for it. I’ve also wanted to do draw something vaguely Mouse Guard themed. Today I decided to combine the two. Why did I go high contrast? That just seemed the way to do it. After putting down the first line I wasn’t sure I made the right call. But I think it’s passable.

Don’t know what that shading/depth style is, but I love it
Tiger shading? Zebra Hatch? I just wanted something super bold and rolled with it even when I thought I was definitely making the wrong call.
