Yeah, but a lot of that ‘non-financial’ stuff isn’t like ping pong tables or office nerf wars, but is just things like ‘my boss doesn’t micro manage the hell out of me’ and ‘my coworkers are nice’ and ‘my company treats me like an adult and is reasonable about taking time off, working from home and other incidental life issues’.
