The Israeli army has the resources to invade Lebanon, occupy the Gaza Strip, and attack Iran simultaneously; it isn’t near collapse.
That’s the point. They don’t have the bodies for it. They are recalling reservists non-stop and they are at the point where they have nobody to recall anymore and yet they are keep expanding fronts that need to be covered.

The population of Israel is approximately 9.8m and Palestine and Lebanon have about 10m combined.
