Back in my days, we had tons of memes for the mac pro. They went like:
You could buy a Mac Pro with these specs (…) or you could buy:
- another computer with better specs
- a house
- Russia
- a Cybertruck
- and green_day.mp3
… and still pay less.
Two EpiPens
A vial of insulin.
Full or empty?
you can buy a valve index AND a nice PC to run it and more and actually get to play VR games. hell throw a bunch of games in the mix as well
An Stewart Calculus 7th edition volume I and II
Ouch
Certianly a decent motorcycle.
After a while we just acknowledged that apple was a meme and let the jokes write themselves.
You could buy 1/2 of a Leica M6 for that.
Leica is truly the camera you buy when you just don’t god damn know what to do with all this money anymore.
I feel like Phase 1 and Hasselblad are that to me.
I could potentially justify a Leica if I shot a lot of film and traveled a lot.
Surprisingly, that’s actually not enough to be able to rent the entire country of Liechtenstein for a day. You need 20 times that money.
With $3500, you can rent Liechtenstein for an hour and 12 minutes.
just so you know, the $ goes before the number.
Depends on the currency and where you’re from, but when it’s written 3500$ its typically because that’s how it’s pronounced. Thirty five hundred dollars. It’s not a hard and fast rule.
I was just trying to be helpful. The vision pro is only available in the US as far as I know, so therefore it’s USD. In that case the $ goes before the number. It is a “hard and fast rule”. If we’re going to be technically correct. The best kind of correct :). Not trying to be a butthole. Just trying to help people with grammar or spelling? idk. I hope y’all have a great day.
The dollar always goes first, especially with apple products
