What on earth does tribalism even mean other than ‘when people don’t agree’? As I recall that word entered common use by libs in the 2010s in order to pathologize opposing them as an atavistic mental condition. How could any important dispute be resolved without people forming into groups which support one possible solution over others? What about these groups is more tribal than any other shared interest group? A tribalist much like a terrorist or an authoritarian seems to just be anyone the speaker dislikes.
