This is an interesting article, except, you know, Even when everything was going the landlord’s way, they still weren’t building cheap apartments that were going to solve this problem for the tenants. Seems like this article only cares about the landlord risk, which, you know, they took that risk. Isn’t that the whole point of capitalism?
