Again, I do think he is broadly correct, but I’ve come to realize there are a lot more financial tricks that are going to be played before the whole thing starts to unwind. That said, other factors could act as catalysts that trigger an imminent crash. For example, the looming energy shortage from the war on Iran is a likely one, and sticky inflation needing an interest rate hike could be another.
