Pretty sure that the vast majority of Palestinians would be fine with not being systematically slaughtered and displaced.
As for the Israelis, I’m thinking we do the same as with the original Apartheid state in South Africa: make them a pariah that nobody in the West wants anything to do with until they realize that having a place in civilized society is more important than committing atrocities.
Right now, they’re getting away with behaving like 1994 Rwanda while being treated like an extra privileged extension of the US.
I think the people who need to be convinced are the isreali and palestinian people.
