One of the common things they’ve all said is the kid will need time to just be a kid and learn and when they’re busy monkeying around is a good time to do your hobbies and recharge.
I’ve spent 12 hours playing with my friends kids, taking them to a park, pushing on swings, letting them burn off energy and play and explore, and seen them immediately turn around ready to keep going. You’re saying parents are expected to just keep going then? Not, say, set limits and boundaries?
