D’ya ever sit down ready for the day and the first two things that jump out of the internet / work notifications just gut punch you? Back in my retails day we had a Loss Prevention officer who was kinda crazy, would basically be frothing at the mouth at the idea of catching a “bad guy” in the store. It was embarrassing watching her stalk people around the store and there was a rumour she failed the psychological testing to become a police officer.
Jokes on her though because it turned out her work bestie had been stealing for YEARS before she was caught by someone else.

I understand that this is not that unusual. The army and navy too will happily boot out people that they think have an unhealthy relationship with unsupervised power. At least our army/navy, can’t speak for other nations’ ones. That and some of their male soldiers don’t care what consent is, and they see a person with some holes and tits and think it’s theirs for the taking. Doesn’t matter if that person is on their side or not, they got holes they can put their dick in.

The more I read about this case, the more utterly insane it is in the most awful of ways. He has the right to be innocent until proven guilty, but oh my god. Tbh it’s not as fascinating at the Erin Patterson case because the motive seems so so obvious, but I’m still going to follow along because I want to learn the outcome and I’m a nosey little bitch.
