I wish that everyone who harboured hate in their hearts and minds lived a mental lifetime as the kind of person they hate, every single night in a sequence of dreams both tedious and terrifying, dreams about the pathetic minutiae of being discriminated against by a host of howling assholes that all wear their own daytime face, until the pain of what they experienced has either made them better, or reduced them to a sleep-deprived and gibbering wreck.

Maybe he/she/they also has multiple personalities. Maybe one is their fursona. How dare you judge!

He is always furious. But this is what he wanted. The gerrymandered districts he forced through pushed a bunch of swing districts into comfortably R at the expense of some extremely D districts.

So yeah it’s great to see increased glbt representation (there is another gay senator) and latino representation but it’s not because we are becoming more tolerant. It’s because republicans have solidified control of the state legislature.

I like Smith and am glad he won. But it’s unfortunately the byproduct of losing one or two other democrat seats in the legislature. That’s not Smith’s fault it’s the republicans fault.

If only there were some sort of article you could click on that would tell you that.
