I had an SLP. We did a 45 min sessions weekly for 24 weeks. I think month 3 is when it could pass and the end of the 24 weeks is when it started to have a sound that I liked and felt more like me. Honestly even 2 months in I was feeling better than expected. The number of sessions probably doesn’t matter as much as getting in consistent practice. Having it weekly did help me stay consistent since I felt like it was “due” every week where I feel a monthly session I’d get lazy toward the middle.

I have a 3ds xl I bought pre-transition, and while at the time it was fine, now I wish I got a smaller one. I’ve lost too much strength in my hands and it’s really uncomfortable to use for more than a few minutes. I have the right analog stick enclosure thing I bought to use with MH and that helps a bit with the ergonomics on the back, but then the whole thing becomes a bit unwieldy

If you want an actual trough level you get tested the same day you usually inject but before you actually inject that day.

This is ideal but nearly impossible to coordinate with my provider. I know I can pay out of pocket for one but money is already tight and I want to avoid unnecessary spending. Maybe if I mark a calendar and set an appointment months in advance I can make it work with my provider idk

Supplements are the same since my last result. This is only my second lab on injections so I don’t really have enough data collected to determine consistent levels; I was hoping that this time could be my baseline. Before this I was on pills for years, and then it went from a relatively stable 150ish down to 80s over the course of a year without any changes to my routine so I switched to injections earlier this year.

The only thing I had to eat before the blood draw was popcorn though I guess I did sprinkle some yeast on that too. I’m actually surprised how much biotin yeast has, I had no idea

I think so? Vial is EV at concentration of 20mg/mL, I do 0.25mL injection every 5 days so that should be 5mg per injection and averaged out to 1mg per day.

No, I haven’t had grapefruit in years for this reason (I miss you grapefruit…), and I do take supplements including a multivitamin but no biotin in any of those.

My latest blood lab is really confusing. My dose works out to 1mg daily, and that’s less than what was prescribed to me. I actually skipped my injection for a couple days since my lab was scheduled for an inconvenient time. Last time I had my labs it was close to or at peak (which I told my provider was the case but he didn’t seem to care) so it was around 450 pg/mL which was maybe a little higher than expected but not strange for a peak reading. So this time, 7 days after injection, I was expecting something under 200 pg/mL, or honestly, something lower than 450 at least, because that’s just basic logic. But no! It was 537 pg/mL!! How is this possible?? They fucked up the labs, right??
