Great like YouTube wasn’t full of shitty AI videos it’s going get worse.
Youtube is nearing its end. Its been slowly dying for years. 90% of the youtube channels in my RSS feed havent posted in over a year. Yes there is still lots of cool stuff, but its getting less and less. Creative people dont want to engage with this cesspool anymore and thats very understandable.
Why? Do we need more misinformation? Or have we just decided to give up on truth altogether?
I hate that so few billionaires get to make these decisions, and the rest of us have little to no say.
The Trumpian FCC just recently did a “slap on the wrist”-style punishment for becoming a monopoly on Google, so now they’re doing their own part of the deal.
If EU politicians weren’t cowards, they should send anti-terror groups into every European buildings of Google, and confiscate every data storage device there for throughout investigation, for potential anti-democratic activities.
