A new study suggests that distressed borrowers using a simpler bankruptcy process are succeeding — and that more people like them should try.
The process which enables this was introduced during the Biden administration.


The law that prevented being able to discharge student debt by bankruptcy it in the first place was championed by Senator Biden. He doesn’t get credit for a halfassed fix on a problem he created.
Trying to claim credit for halfassed fixes in response to problems he created as a senator pretty much sums up Biden’s entire administration.
Generalize that statement, and you have a pretty decent understanding of US politics overall.
