I love Rick Steves, he’s a good voice for internationalism and he knows how to speak directly to the white libs.

I started watching, during the intro he mentions what he’s going to do, and he says “meet some joyful school kids” and it shows a bunch of girls laughing and stuff, I started crying and had to stop for a bit.

There’s a scene with a bunch of little girls in matching outfits. I had to turn it off. If you avoid news and politics, PBS has some good programming.

Love Rick but when he watched this I was cringing at how he kept bringing discussion about the war back to “religious conflict” even after the guy directly told him “sometimes there’s more to war than religion”
