You can look at the link and see that it’s directed to #cite_note-independent-6, which states, Both independent senators — Angus King and Bernie Sanders — have caucused with the Democratic Party since joining the Senate. Biden didn’t fail to pass legislation because of Bernie Sanders and Angus King…
That’s only true if you count independent senators as Democrats for some reason.
