    I work at a state agency in California. Gavin Newsome issued a command (dunno the formal terminology) for state employees to be in the office 4 days per week. My union is fighting him on it.

    Why might this “possible candidate for USA prez” do this? Certainly not bribes or donations from the landlords / corporate class who need to justify owning a lot of buildings!

    My apt building is owned by a corp. Getting approval for the right repair due to a leak above us took two extra days after the vendor made a recommendation.

    A union? Where’s the rest of them? Like, if you had a full board of white pieces and just the black king (instead of a lonely Knight?)… That’s some union action!
