I am upset my sister forgot our pizza stone when we moved. I want a nice crispy crust with a little char. Can’t get that with just a baking sheet 😩
If you want to replace it, consider getting a steel plate. I switched and I like the steel one way more. It’s still heavy as fuck, but it’s indestructible.
