Accidentally threw a Honda Civic across a parking lot yesterday. My regrets are numerous, but not about drinking all that water.
I’ve never understood those water bottles that have motivational messages encouraging you to keep drinking water. The problem I have is keeping any liquid in my water bottle, not consuming its contents.
Some people forget to drink.
I can go days without remembering to drink water, though I consume other drinks in the meantime

It is a high amount if you eat anything but barren dry food.
In Germany it’s recommended to drink 1.5 liters of water per day. Because a good chunk of water should come from food intake.
I drink about a gallon a day. After a certain point, you piss less frequently, but with much greater volume.
I had to get a drug test recently for work, the lady testing me said I had some of the most hydrated pee she’s ever seen. So I guess you could say I’m well hydrated
I got popped in the navy for my piss being too diluted because I drank too much water. Had to retest me.
I have to starve myself of water before drug tests because I always have diluted pee. It doesn’t even always work.
I just like water lol and I sort of think that most people are wildly dehydrated most of the time.

I guess more diluted pee means those drug markers are also more diluted i.e. harder to detect.
