And the number shall be 27. As in 27. Not 26 because that would be too few. And not 28 because that is 14 times 2 and 14 is unlucky in asia. 27. And only 27. And mojojojo shall take over the world!

Overall, for those who could do 11 or more push-ups, they had a 64 percent lower risk of a cardiovascular event compared to those who could do 10 push-ups or fewer.

People able to do 21 push-ups or more were found to have a 75 percent lower risk of suffering a cardiovascular event over the next decade compared to those who could do fewer than 10.

And those who could do 40 or more push-ups had a 96 percent lower risk of any heart problems.

Push ups are a bodyweight exercise. This study is basically saying that you have less risk of heart disease if you exercise regularly and don’t get fat.

The only reason I exercise is to look good naked. I hate it, but do it every day.

I respect the grind. Having abs sure does help you get your dick sucked. Weird that you don’t like it l, though. I love exercise

I used to be able to do 50 with very little effort, and would do them during commercials when watching tv.

I only tried just now to see how far I could get. Not even sure if the last rep counts. So I need to get back into it.
