My Chrystal ball says that Elon keeps realizing agenda 2025 until the resistance within their own ranks becomes unbearable. While Elon makes news Trump makes legislation to fuck over whoever he can. Only then, goat Elon gets scaped by savior Donald to appease Maga and everything is in shambles.
My money is on Vance removing Trump via the 25th amendment in spring of 2027, then firing Musk.
Why would he fire Musk?
So he can be the guy who saved America. If he keeps his head down and looks like the sane one while Trump and Musk go full Nazi and he removes them from power, he’ll have an insanely high approval rating, even if he doesn’t roll back anything they did. He’d probably win the 2028 election in a landslide, and since he’d have served just under half of Trump’s term he’d be eligible for re-election in 2032.
I can see the Trump removal scenario.
For Vance to get rid of Musk he needs to both
A) Disagree with Musk’s actions and philosophies.
B) Be able to refuse the amount of bribe money Musk can throw at him.

Trump doesn’t mind Elon being the president in the press, because they convinced him this time around that he’s the fully insulated mob boss. Layers of others around him getting their hands dirty, so he claims “oh, I didn’t know that. That’s bad, you should probably arrest whoever did that crime”.
That is if our systems survive them flooding the zone with bullshit and making weak attempts to dismantle them.
The only thing that seems to get to Trump is when he has a press conference and they just keep asking him about things Musk is doing.
