this is way too small and undiverse to be an ecosystem, and a bottle garden only works because the springtails or other small animals inside produce co2, which is turned into oxygen by the plants or algae inside, and the cycle repeats over and over
anyone with a real degree in microbiology would know that you cant keep microbes in those little glass balls with little to no oxygen
